Good to know about returns

You can return your items within 100 days of receiving them. Items purchased with temporary member offers or promotions follow the standard 100-day return policy. Products must be unused and in resaleable condition.


Please send returns in the same condition as delivered and fill in the enclosed return slip. You may reuse the original packaging. Return postage is paid by the customer, and returns after 100 days cannot be accepted.


Refunds are issued using the same payment method once we have received and inspected the item. Express shipping fees are non-refundable. The return process may take up to two weeks.

Received a faulty item?


If the item is defective or incorrectly delivered, we will cover the return shipping cost. Please contact our customer service for further instructions.


Exchanges


We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the unwanted item and place a new order for the product you want.

Claims

We are grateful for your help in pointing out any faults in the goods. For claims regarding used goods, please contact Customer Service before returning them. Claims cannot be processed for used, unwashed garments.


In the event of a dispute, reference is always made to the National Board for Consumer Disputes. Miss Mary always follows the recommendations of the Board.


100-wash guarantee on Miss Mary bras
All our bras come with a 100-wash guarantee, valid for five years from the date of purchase. The product must be washed according to the recommended care instructions. Minor colour changes or small cosmetic imperfections may occur without affecting functionality or the guarantee. Read more about our wash guarantee here.
